We have a 14 day exchange policy. Items must be unworn/unwashed to be eligible for an exchange. You may exchange your items by shipping them back to Henderson + Co. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to us. We do not offer refunds but will issue store credit. We do not accept returns on Personalized Items, or items related to holidays or events. Those items are final sale.
